Papaya Poke
A summer hit for sure. Especially when the tuna bite is on. We defrosted some frozen for this one.
Serves 2.
as much fresh tuna as your friends will share. Slice 1 good cut into cubes. We utilize scrape meat for poke mixture often.
1/3 tsp sesame oil
1/3 tsp chili crunch
1/2 a papaya diced
pinch celtic salt to taste
1 bunch of diced green onion
1 bunch finely diced cilantro
1 tsp siracha
Mix all together in one bowl and fridge for 20 or freezer for 10 before serving over cooked and cooled white rice.
