A High Protein Easy Morning
Prep for breakfast all week. Share it with family on a Sunday morning. Cook it in the woods over an open flame.
9 eggs
1-2 cups egg whites (base on filling cast iron capacity)
3 large peppers, diced'
1/2 cup raw milk sharp cheddar (sub whatever you want for non dairy)
1 pack applegate chicken apple sausage, diced (or whatever animal protein you like)
add a cup of spinach or other greens, this is so simple & customizable
Cook sausage and peppers on medium heat in cast iron on stove top. Pour whisked eggs, egg whites, and cheese in. Place cast iron into oven for 20-30 min @375. Top w cheese for last 5-10 min in oven. Done when eggs are cooked and fluffy. Top with avocado for a healthy fat.
